I have one in my boat with the amp built in; it works good for me. I have installed under the rear bench up in the seat, my seat is hollow and it fits perfect.

Don't expect much from the Bazookas. In fact, don't expect most of them to last a couple months. Several customers have brought those in for install and they didn't last more than a week. The amps in them are junk.

I have 3 10 inch diamond audio subs under my seat no box and they BLOW my old jl audio subs away

A PDX 4.150 to 8 DC Gold's(6 7"s and 2 6x9's) and a PDX 4.100 that I have bridged going to 2 Alpine 10" subs. The 4.100 is a little light on power for the subs, but I had already had it. It will also be an easy swap to go to a PDX with more power if I ever want to.

What about the Kicker Marine stuff, Its not super high end, but, priced pretty fair, anyone use it? whats it like?

i had the kicker marine 6.5" in my old boat. they sounded good for the $70 or so they cost. these were the version before the current model.

I had 4 KM10's under the rear seat of my 25' Outlaw, and 2 of the component sets in the cockpit. The KM10's were okay at best. I think the Wet Sounds XS10FA's sounded a lot better. The components were okay, except for having a separate tweeter. Most component sets these days you can mount the tweeter over the woofer like a coaxial, the Kicker's were'nt build that way.

I have a single Bazooka in the side compartment of my Formula. Two seasons, no problems, sounds great in the cockpit but doesn't really rock the bay like other boats do. If I don't sell the boat this spring I plan to upgrade.

I may even consider the three tens and utilizing the syn6. All the wet sound stuff looks really nice and I like the way their website cover all recommended applications for their components. I just need to keep my eyes peeled for a good Alpine head unit. Anybody have a good line on those be sure and let me know. Otherwise I would consider used if somebody is upgrading or just selling. Once again do you feel that 3) - XS-10FA subs and 3 pairs of the xs650 would be satisfactory for the cockpi?. I certainly am not looking to win any contest however just want decent base and good clean sound. I think for the cuddy I will just install another unit all together with a small amp and a couple of speakers. I actually have most of the stuff for that here already sitting on the shelf. I typically only use the cuddy to pass out in after a long day in the sun and drinking some buds. LOL... Also are the xs650's as equally as good as comperable 6x9's? I always thought round was always better than any oval or square speeker due to the balancing of it. Makes sense. Just let me know.
