Cool Restoring a 89 Black Widow cabin need help..

I need to find info on how to make a headliner for my Widow. The headliner is gone, i need to make one and need suggestions on how to start. I guess i need to make a template for cutting out some marine plywood to adhere to the ceiling then put cloth on it any ideas on where to start?? Any help would be appreciated...Thanks Geno

The liner in my HArley was 1/4 inch plywood with a half inch of foam glued to it and it was covered with a vinyl material - everything was glued and they used a liquid nails to mount it to the cieling....caulk was used between panels that matches the fabric. Pretty simple really. Post pics and good luck
