Thats junk, all it does is vary the voltage output of the IAT sensor, which can only modify fuel about 5% maximum in stock cals. The 496 computer doesn't have temp modification for timing, only a multiplier for fuel. If you go low, it will be rich and won't run, if you make it hot, the motor won't start but won't lean up enough at WOT to make any difference.
