Question header headaches

Trying to remove the headers on my 500 EFIs to pressure test and the last two bolts on the starboard side of each engine wont budge ,already ruined 1 socket, any tips ? seems like the 2nd bolt in from rear is almost impossible to get a socket on properly . Anybody dealt with this before ? What Worked ? Thanks in advance Rich

use a good quality 6 point deep socket 3/8 drive from snap on or matco.

Already ruined the inside of a 6 point snap on regular socket ,can't seem to get the deep socket seated properly ,Do you think some heat would help ???

Open flame or heat gun in the engine compartment ....I'd be real careful. Did you try anything like Kroil penetrating oil? I have been amazed how well Kroil works.

Default fixx

try tapping on the head of the bolt with a hammer with out malling it up,,then use a black impact socket, try tightening it first then loosen it..

Can you get a wrench on it??? They are only supposed to be torqued to 35-45lbs.
I got tired of the bolts on my Pantera and used SS ARP header studs and nuts.
