Will be swapping out the Bravo lower this weekend. All pointers welcome.

it will install just like the merc lower,always replace the quad ring with a new one every time you remove a lowewr.

its that little orange seal that goes between the upper and lower for the oil passage.. i also greece the splines with spline greece.

Make sure the bolts for the anode on the front of the upper housing dont interfere with the new lower. Usually they are too long and wont let it seat properly. I use a 1/4" shorter SS bolt and all will be good. You can just cut yours down if you want to. Imco supplies a white hard plastic Oring to replace the quad seal, both are good pieces. If you are not using the speedo pickup, put the 1/8" pipe plug in that hole. Some have drilled that plug to relieve high water psi.
Thats all I can think of for now.

And......make sure to put all your O rings back. Seen alot of blown drives because of this.
