How long should it take to rebuild a Edelbrock carb. using a kit from Summit ? I've got good mechanical skills but have never done a rebuild.

they are fairly simple, not much to replace, needle/seats top gasket, just clean out good with spray carb cleaner blow with air, just watch float levels...
