Default Wiring in new DC panel

This weekend i am moving the wires off the original switches & moving to the new Blue Sea panel.

The new panel uses 15A breakers for each circuit. This will be inline to the original fuses. Looking at the fuses, they are 20A. So i guess my breaker will blow before the fuse. My question is, how likely am i going to be running over 15A's? My main concern is on the three w/ no fuse & then the stereo.

Here are the circuits & i think the corresponding fuse:

Port Engine (no fuse found)
Hatch Master (no fuse found)
Strbd Engine (no fuse found)
Cabin Lights Aft (cabin lights fuse)
Cabin Lights Fwd (cabin lights fuse)
Galley Lights (cabin lights fuse)
Head Light (cabin lights fuse)
Cabin Lights Center (cabin lights fuse)
Stereo (stereo fuse)
Water Pressure (water system fuse)

Also, for connecting the tv's ac wire (i cut the pronged plug off) to the ac wire i ran, do i have to use the twist connectors used for home wiring or can i use a butt connector? I read that AC wiring generates more heat than DC & thats why the cap connectors need to be used.
