Cleaning my oil/power steering coolers, I notice looking down through the tubes there appears to be a seam in the tubes between the oil cooler section and the power steering cooler section. Is this right? It makes a hang-up point in the tubes where mung collects. I'd like to hone the ridge at this apparent seam down smooth but I'm afraid I may introduce a leak.

Does anyone else see this seam in their coolers? I can't believe Merc wouldn't have run continuous tubes through the coolers with no seams.
