Default Head bolts or studs

If cost isn't an issue would you use studs?

I have read mixed opinions, with even one person saying they didn't like using studs because they tend to leak (MKIV Block).

I think the only reason I'm leaning towards studs is the finer thread for the nut. It makes me think I'll get a more accurate torque... that and I'm somehow swayed by a perceived cool factor.

mostly stock type motor I would just use head bolts
anything with aluminum heads or making a good amount of power over 650 hp I would go with head studs

Ditto. Use some ARP thread sealer on the studs if you use them.
