What spark plug do I need to get for a 454 +30 flat tops B&M 177 alu heads with long threads tapered seat NGK B9EFS? any sugestions and where should I start with the carb jetting and timing 30 or 32?

I run NGK BR6FS plugs and no more than 30 deg.
