does anyone make a drive couplier that will connect a imco scx upper with a 1 7/16 drive shaft with a max machine worx lower 1 1/4 drive shaft on a -2 inch shorty.

I think IMCO makes one to connect the scx to the sc lower. that should work. Give them a call.

Yes they do. I returned one about a month ago, along with the SCX upper.
