Seems I bought a used drive (Bravo1) that some one modified the nose of, and removed the speedo input port. I definately need to get the speedo working to sell the boat, what is the most convenient way of adding another speedo pickup?

when I reworked my dash I did away with the stock speedo ...I use Garmin GPS all the time anyway .....if you want a indash speedo you could add GPS style but its pricey ...or ....

when I got my boat it had been switch from the drive to the old style black lever at the bottom of the transom.The guy I bought it from said he was tired of cleaing sticks out of the one in the drive.

GPS, speedo's with pickups suck. They are all off even the expensive ones.
