Default Trim Tab/Tilt Cylinder Issues

Hey everyone,

two things I am having problems with on my 29 Powerquest and wanted to get some opinions:

1. water in the trim cylinder tank, I'm thinking that the cylinders need to be rebuilt. The drive with the water in the tank also tend to run slower and does not like to go down really easy unless the boat is under power. Any thoughts and am I going in the right direction?

2. bennet trim tabs and the port tab will go down no problem but not come up. If I unscrew the solenoid a load of fluid will flow out and the tab comes back up. I replaced the solenoid and nothing same problem. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the help.
