Default Floor replacement in 98 O/L SE

So, im getting ready to gut the interior of my 98 24' OL SE to rebuild the bulkhead and redo some interior things. I really want to rip out that damn carpet Baja put in there and replace it with something along the lines of Starboard or something similar. When we get caught in the rain, it takes forever to dry this beast out! Has anyone done this with this type of OL with the carpeted wood flooring? Also, can anybody think of a cheaper material to use than Starboard. I have found it would be very expensive to use that, but I'm not wanting to cut coners either. Any tips on doing this is greatly appreciated! I know its pretty straight forward, just wanting to hear input from y'all...

How do you plan to bond down the starboard? Nothing will stick to it. I would just glass down a wood floor then put down a nice flooring material. Maybe something like this http://www.lonseal.com/show_product/LONCOIN%20I

My plan was to mount the Starboard the same way the wood floor is in the boat. it has screws for all 3 pieces (center and two sides). but, i could be mistaken and this might not be able to be done depending on how the sub floor is set up. having some pics of an interior that has been redone or that is in the process would be a great help.
