The fuse for the silent choice on my 98 AT tantrum pops everytime you put a new on in. Had the marina look at it. The cylinoids (or actuators, whatever you call them) are fine. The harness for the actuators has a short in it. Apparently the harness is no longer being made. To fix the problem I would have to purchase a new harness and two new actuators. Does anyone know where I can get an old harness like this for a 98 Tantrum. It has the 502.

Yup, get out a multimeter and find the short. If you don't have a multimeter while owning a boat, buy one or buy beers for a good electrician. Simple fix would be to clip out the bad wire and replace with new. The thorogh fix would be to figure out why something got shorted in the first place - ie fretting/shafing of wires, corrosion bridge between hot and ground. About a 1/2 hour to diagnose and fix properly.
