Where is the best place to install a water or oil temp senders.

Water pressure is easy to set up mechanical with a small hose from the intake manifold to the dash. I suggest the oil temp gauge at or after the oil cooler....maybe the oil filter housing depending on your rigging. If you want a high oil temp alarm, we have this sender in the oil pan.

I would like to use a electric senders. What i have is a 502 MPI not much space to work with, i do have a plug in the therostat housing can that be used for a water pressor sender?.

Water pressure guages are always mechanical. You can just install the tube and fitting into the intake manifold or into a block drain. The ones installed in the block drain tend to clog easily if you have boat where there is sand in the water.
