42 lighting vs executioner

Can someone please tell me what the biggest difference between the 2 boats post 2005 ? (fountain lighting / executioner)

hull is identical. deck is diff by about 3 inch higher in lightning. And vents look diff. thats it

Thanks why are they so much less expensive in the used market?

I think lightnings are about 30,000 more than executioner when you buy them new
