Default Temp Spike

Ugh! So...I'm idling out the channel today and notice a temp spike on the port motor (7.4L/330). I see it creeping up and check the water pressure gauge (obscured by gps) and see zero pressure. I shut down the motor and refire (had gauge problems lately...old senders). Temp comes down to near normal. I have the girlfriend and her daugher aboard...so mild ride. Temp maintains about 170 at cruise (2900 rpm) but creeps up to 180+ if I get on it. Water pressure never comes back up. Starboard motor maintains dead on at its usual 150 the entire time. Last week I had to idle up the channel in some very low water....worried I sucked up some crap and cooked an impellar (standard Bravo 1's...no sea strainers)....opinions??

Bad impeller most likely.
