Thanks again to Bob Madara! His customer service is unbelievable. He's delivered custom cams in less then 24 hours, same with pushrods, and he got me some heads that were three weeks out in less then a week. I've done several different engine combos with him and every one has exceeded my expectations.
On this project I called and told him I had a couple big prochargers, some short blocks that could be salvaged, and the rest was junk. I wanted to make as much usable power as I could with a smooth idle and on a limited budget.. Man did he deliver!
555ci, AFR 325 as cast, M4, 12lbs boost 92 octane. There's still more in it for sure, i'm going to try 94 on the next one and a bit more timing, I think we can hit 1300..
Sorry the video's so long I don't know how to edit, fast forward about 55 seconds.

Thanks Smitty, Bob told me about his ride in your boat.. I think he described the accelleration as "violent"!
These are going in a 35 Fountain so I don't think he'll be able to use them to their potential.. We've got a 43 Nortech cat coming in a couple weeks without power and I'm so impressed with the prochargers I'm going to do a couple more for it.

Had the second one on the dyno today.. I knew I'd left some power on the table after the last dyno session but I ran out of time. I got a little more aggressive on the tune up this time but still fairly conservative and safe. There's more to be had with some tweaking, but it's way more then the boat can handle already. The next set are going to be EFI with some better heads, I think it's going to be a killer package.

The boost comes on gradually and peaked at 12.
