i was told maybe look at the ignition modular and coil because my engine [after warming up] bogs down and dies after i try giving it some gas.......can this be the problem?????

How old is your fuel filter? Not the spin on one, the inline 10 micron one.

is that inline 10 micron fuel fliter located by the fuel pump itself??????/

had similar prob check your voltage going to ignition

On hot, hot days my 454 Mag MPI's would vapor lock. re-routed fuel lines and changed to braided lines and moved spin on filter away from motor. problem gone.. Of course I had the VST's....a MERC. Crack head idea.
