I have the Holley MPI kit. I has worked well for about 7 years. I lso made upgrades to the kit, AN lines, bigger 42lb injectors, wideband O2. It is expensive but it starts and runs great. It will take some time to figure out your tuning, it was a learning experence. Tune on the fly and adjust as needed.

The new denominator set up is really nice, comes with everything needed,if you add a o2 bung the set your minimum and max parameters then the pcm takes over to make the necessary adjustments..

look into professional products powerjection III..vary simple kit to install and will support up to 700 hp..

I have used the Holley setup with the 2000 cfm throttle body, 50 lb injectors, etc a few dozen times and love it. I don't use Holleys electronics though. I buy the kit with everything except the ecm and harness. For that I use a Mefi 4 and custom built harness. I can't say anything about the Holley software other than it has no knock protection and the Mefi does. On top of that, the Mefi stuff can be serviced by any Merc shop with a scan tool and most already has an ecm to use.
Here are a few pics of some engines with the Holley setup. Give me a call if I can help you out.

Why not use a Big Stuff 3, mefi4 is ok but doesnt use O2's and why only have merc be able to tune it. Even Fast sells a complete efi setup for up to 600 hp.

Mefi 4 is capable of supporting O2's
You can buy the whole thing from MSD.
