Thanks guys. I initially checked a couple sources that I knew of in the Northeast, but 502's seemed to disappear from the list of available motors. Then searched thru Yahoo - but nothing came up. What I did see appeared to be auto applications and I assumed ( shouldn't have) that marine internals on these motors were different to accomodate the higher RPMs . In any case, I appreciate the help .

Call these places, they may not have them.
I can get new 502 Mag MPI longblocks with all the tin, but they are expensive. You may also find that you are getting the "new" Chinese cast block. It will have a fuel pump boss, yes a fuel pump boss on a Gen 6 style block but the cam is not likely to have the lobe to drive it.
