Lots of luck with that !!!!! even MSD uses componants from china....one reason their newer stuff is junk !!!!, assmembled here with junk parts you still end up with junk...

Mamason must have had a good day they built mine. Been 3 years and works as good as the 2 marine MSD boxes I have had in the past.

PS like said, none of this stuff is made in the USA anymore.

the ***** of the thing is that you cant rebuild them because they arepotted in epoxy.it would be nice to beable to have that option.

that's why I've never run the blue "marine" box in any of my
boats! -was told by an MSD "guy in the semi truck sales trailer
at the drags" to not buy the marine units cuz they were throw
aways because of the "potting" and not repairable! just run the
automotive one, and mount it in a "dry" location! never a prob.

Since the Regular MSD boxes are not potted does the spark issue come into play??
