JEGS has a nice piece that splices into the fuel fill and T off for a return line. It's in the catalog.

My fuel fill is only 1 1/2" dia. so I'll have to make one. No big deal.

Fuel return =to= fuel cooler =to= tee before pump.

I picked up my fuel fill tee today and will put it on tonight.

Check with IMCO i believe make a tee for the fuel fill hose
