Blower carbs, single or dual and where from?

I have a dual carb top plate and a set of Holley 750's from AED for the B&M 250 available. The carbs need a good cleaning and gaskets which I will include. $700. plus the ride. I'll also include the linkage. Maybe the fuel line too if I can locate it.
