Default Gas tank question?

Would anyone install a bladder tank in an offshore boat application? Have a few opptions and trying to figure out best one. Its a 27 activator with a built in tank between stringers now but ethanol eating inside of tank. Should i redo exisiting or have alum made. Found these at http://atlinc.com/marine.html . Has anyone used these and have any input? Thanks

Good question. I read somewhere that if ethanol is a problem one thing you can do is install another tube, just like your fuel tube that goes from the tank to the fuel separator, and make sure that tube goes to the bottom part of the tank. Then install a hand pump to that tube and pump it before each use of the boat. Pump all the water out until fuel starts coming out. Then you have much better fuel, any leftover water can be caught in the separator.
