Default Eddie marine Kplane help

I have a issue, I need a new bolt that goes through the kplane itself through the transom that flows the hydro fluid though it to the pump. I ordered a new one from eddie himself, but it was 50 bucks for a bolt..jeeze..so Im wondering if anyone can get me another one for less???

Thanks
Chris

I'm trying not to laugh but your calling it a bolt which it is not. It's actually a thru hull hydraulic fitting custom made for a specific application for or by Eddie Marine. Where else would you expect to get a matching fitting? You could have one made by a machinist which is what you would need to do if Eddie didn't have the correct one. Feel better about spending the $50.?

well first off it is a bolt cause you still put a nut on the end of it..and it does still have some holding power on the k-plane itself, cause if it didnt, why have a nut on the end, and no I didnt expect to find another specific need for it, I was just asking if anyone knew where I could get one. Or if someone had one laying around in there shop..I know I can get one from eddie marine, cause I already ordered one from them and it was correct. If im not mistaken, I think dana marine k-planes are almost exactly the same as eddies, so maybe someone had on laying around..not to sound like a dick, but your little comment just rubbed me the wrong way..

I'm glad you got your fitting ordered. I wish for things that only cost $50. Yes it has a nut and has holding power, ever seen a thru hull fitting without a nut? Sorry for being a little sarcastic, just messin, good luck with your project.
