What were the numbers of the leak down?

And what were the numbers of the compression?

And at what amount of leakage would have backed away, or re=negotiated the price? There must be some amount of wear that is assumed, as it is a used motor, but how much?

The reason I ask, I'm in the process right now, and the leak down (done cold, so has to be re-done warm) was between 8% and 18% leakage. (which one of the members mentioned 8% is o.k. 18% is not o.kl.)
