Default South Florida Dyno?

Anybody know of someone who can dyno with wet headers in South Florida?

How about people who can dyno in general. I have two engines ready to go but everybody has a 2-3 week lead time right now.

Two weeks:
Cheif
Progressive
Native
Mesa

All have a pretty hefty lead time and all are dry dyno's, I want to do them wet if I can... next week or this weekend if they want.

How will you collect all the water? I guess you will have to pipe them outside. I always wanted to use my headers, but my builder insists on their headers with thermocouples in there to measure exhaust temps, I guess.
