Will new emissions laws effect custom boat builds?
Was thinking today that if I ever ordered a new boat I would buy it rigged and with a drive and build my own power to put in it. Will it be possible or will the catalytic converter requirements mandate that the builder put an engine in it before they can issue a certificate of origin?
