Default Pachanga distributer and coil

I have a 1986 pachanga 2 with 350 small block. Installing a mallory unite distributer and promaster coil. I am looking for wiring diagram. Will the thunder bolt ignition still be used or removed I don't have another aftermarket ignition!

Is the new distributor a stand alone unit with a mechanical advance? If it is, then you can remove the Thunderbolt ignition. The Thunderbolt module is what controls the advance of the stock ignition. If the new distributor already has advance capabilities, then there is no need for the Thunderbolt stuff. You will have to set your advance though.
Wiring should be pretty easy. The new unit should only need an ignition 12V source. That will be a purple wire that goes to the stock coil. The gray wire on the (-) of the stock coil is the tach lead. The only other item should be a good ground. Hope this helps.
