Default 10778C oil pump, which pressure spring?

Which pressure spring are you guys running with these oil pumps? The high pressure one that comes pre-installed or are you swapping out for the lower pressure spring that comes with the pump.

What sort of idle oil pressures are you getting with that pump and the purple (High pressure) spring? I am trying them for the first time this spring and noted on the cut sheet that came with the pumps that these are not recommended for stock applications because the idle pressure will be low. Do you guys see that? I fired my 2 new engines with them and cold idle is 55psi which I am happy with but wonder what hot might be. I guess the anti cavitation grooves these pumps have must bleed of OP at low rpm?
