Default Another K-Plane ?

Ok, before I mount my K Planes, I have another question. I see some boats with the planes mounted horizontal vs parallel with the angle of the hull. I've read two different theorys on this. The Horizontal method I've read, lifts the stern up better and another theory is that there is less drag. I'm putting these on my Formula 242. I do not use the bennetts to get on plane, they are mostly used to level the boat out and in rough water. Any opinion on this?

Here is what I'm talking about!
