Wondering if anyone could help with my problem. I have a 1997 25' Ultimate Warlock Cat, I know most Cats have a problem with porpose but mine seems to have gotten worseover the years. We checked the hull with a straightedge and found about 3/8" of hook in the port side and 1/4" on the starboard side. both sponsons also had a bump or rocker in the middle. We are planning on taking it out I talked to the Factory and was told it was not supposed to have any hook built in. My qurestion is should the bottom be perfectly flat and what is the best final finish for the bottom. Thanks for any help. Art

If the hook has grown over the years, then I'd have to ask how the boat is loaded on the trailer. If the bottom (vs the tunnel) is resting on the bunks incorrectly, then a hook can "grow" over time.
I'd highly recommend that you contact Bruce Dudley. He's right in St. Louis and is dealing with Warlocks. He's incredibly busy right now, but he's always willing to stop and help. Just remember the favor and be sure to pay it back. His number is 314-952-0861
