Looked around the site for info on Props???? I'm getting ready to install a 502/500 plus HP into my 25 Outlaw....Home/shop built without the catalyst converter that now is only on the shelf at Merc factories....
. .Bravo 1 with 1:50 gears....I believe I read some guys asking other questions about their 502/525 HP but can't find one now to ask what Prop they are running!!!!

what engine and prop were you running before. I would think a 25 mirage would be a good starting point.

25 Mirage Plus for best top end or a Bravo 1 24 or labbed 26 for best all around.

For a true 500 hp The 25 mirage plus will have to be stepped up a little or a little cup added. A 26 bravo 4 blade will be your best prop choice. If you are low on rpm's then have it labbed. Should run 69-72 on GPS depending on how well you get the prop dialed in and where the rev limiter is set. I am guessing 5300-5400rpm.
