Default Smaller family boat?

I have a friend looking for a boat to tube- ski, fish and just relax on. He lives on an inland lake and it will be a first boat. Looking for something under 20k that's easy to maintain and use. Think family of four. Any ideas?

Bow rider or closed deck? Does he plan to boat long distances with it? How long?

Don't do anything without sending bigboat28 a PM. He has the cleanest four winns I've ever seen. It's a 5.0 dup-prop, and located in central OH. He's on vacation right now at lake norman with the boat. I could PM you his cell if you like.
