I havent been getting enough water pressure from my thru hull intercooler pickups so im going to try using the pickups from the drives to feed my intercooler sea strainers, I am wondering if there is anything i need to add or remove where the upper and lower are bolted together?

Been using the drive pick up for my chillers for 2 seasons with no issues ... have to run a pressure relief valve due to higher than needed pressure @ speed.
