Default throttle stud for holley carb????

does anyone make a stud that goes in the BIG hole circled in the picture??? i used the smaller stud with the ball on it and my throttle lever only moves about 1/3-1/2 of its travel to go from idle to WFO. with my OEM Quadrajet the throttle lever moved through its whole range on the lever from idle to WFO. so i need to be farther out on the linkage in order to use more of my lever travel

the hole in the throttle linkage is .500 dia, the hole in my morse cable is .250dia. so i need something that fits both of these.

thanks!

Do a search for Holley parts on the net. There's a site, I forget it's title that has all the small parts for Holley carbs like the curved tubes to convert street carbs to marine carbs, linkage parts etc.

that gave me a good idea!! i found a nice billet aluminum anondized nut that has a big shoulder on it in my junk drawer that came from the clutch in my race bike, and sure enough the shoulder was .500 and the thread in the nut was 1/4-20!! i threw it in my mill to cut the shoulder length down to the proper thickness and all is good now!

thanks for the idea
