Default Best Intake for a 522BBC

I'm rebuilding my motor and I switched the heads to the AFR 305's and need a new intake. I was running the Iron Merlin 270's with a Brodix HX. My cam is a hydraulic roller .624/.612 lift and 242/252 @ .050" duration. With about 10:1 compression, my peak power should be about 5500rpm. The carb is a Pro Systems 4150 940cfm. What does everyone recommend for an intake? I'm leaning towards an Edelbrock 454 R, or World Products marine version.

I would use a Merlin or Dart single plane.

454R made 20 more hp than the dart on my 502s with 305 cc afr heads. I ended up making 605 with similar setup, 454 R and holley 950 race carb.

How is the low end with the 454R? I am trying to maximize my average HP from 2000-6000rpm to get the best overall performance. How do the torque curves compare? A couple of racers I've talked to really like the Brodix HV for overall power.

I would have thought that this topic would have created a veritable firestorm of debate.
