I have a 99 Powerplay twin 502s mpi exhaust is 99dbs I was told 90 is the limit just wondering if anyone has used these Hardin marine slip in silencers the say it reduces the dbs 8 to 10 dbs just looking to make the dbs police happy

how did you come up with it being 99db??? at idle on water, at what distance,ETC??

did you get a boating award for your noise level from the local law inforcement??

I'm in rochester and have never seen noise testing of boats on lake ontario, they pretty much just check all your safety equipment when they check you (ahem, or should i say HARASS you".......

State police in abay couple years ago but been wanting to goto Lake George but dont want the police to harass me
