Default gps speedo question?

for the people that are using them, are there days where you get alot of dead zones when they work and don't? i have a gaffrig and depending on type of weather some time it works fine in a certain area and other times it does'nt ?

In my tractors we get dead zones close to trees and stuff. Never in the boat.

how old is it? The older setups have a battery in the Antenna ...it might be getting weak .... or in my case where the antenna cable plugs into the head ....one of the wires broke .....it was intermittent like you described but then finally stopped ....you can get a new plug from Gaffrig ...call Mark ....
