It will make the most power and torque in the 4800-5000rpm range. Power will drop off after that. It won't hurt anything to spin it faster, but you should still try and prop it to run in the 4800-5000rpm range for the best performance.

I'm guessing you have more experience then I have, so now a hunt for a 23P and preferably a Mirage 23P plus... Its just money right?
