Default trim tab install

I had to take my trim tabs apart to get the transom done on my boat. I'm puting everything back now and was wondering how I go about adding fluid to the trim tabs and "bleeding" them I guess, they don't have a reservoir or anyhing so I'm wondering how I go about putting fluid in them. When I dissasembled them all the hydraulic fluid spilled so I have to fill them up with hydraulic fluid since they don't have any at the current moment. I have a set of I guess old school 1series kiekhefer trim tabs that actually have the ram going through the transom! Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have never done it before. Thanks!

There has to be some kind of reservoir somewhere so the fluid can move when the rams are retracted.
