how hard is it to get rid of TRS drives and what would be a good upgrade

Konrad makes a direct bolt-on for the TRS. 500 hrs on my old Top Gun. No issues.

My son is in the Navy and drives go fast boats there. They use Konrads also. Said he has seen no problem.

to put #6 drives on is it a mission do i have to close up transom and start fresh looking at a boat that had TRS drives on it but is now an empty hull i also heard great things about the Konrads

konrads are the best solution to this problem,contact proboat marine 573-374-4641.we just did a conversion 4-weeks ago

Curious, are you blowing up a lot of TRS drives? What power are you running? And would this be for the nova you have listed as your boat?
I too would love a set of Konrads but have not found the need.
