Default Making a350 a 383

I've got a 2 bolt main 350 now and was considering tearing it down and building a 383 out of it. My question is besides boring the block what other machine work needs to be done for clearance purposes?

Also summit sells a 4 bolt main block block for 700 bucks that is already bored and clearenced. Which would be my better option?

Also curious as to what kind of power gain I could expect to see by going to a 383 if I keep all other factors the same

Currently running lt4 hot cam, 1.6 roller rockers, performer rpm intake, vortec heads, 650 demon carb, compression is around 9.8 to 10. Currently spinning a 21 laser II to 5000-5200 at 60-62 mph, with 350 cubic inches

Any thoughtsbwould be awesome because I really don't wanna spend another two grand to get a 1/2 mph more if you know what I mean

xlt86 depends totally on the kit but with all that hassle go with a 4" stroker kit to make it a 409 especially if it's a 2 bolt block and you make it to a 4 bolt with Steel Splayed caps... I would.
Here' s good pics of notches : http://www.camaros.net/forums/showthread.php?t=96913
