I am running (18) 7.7 components and have been very happy with them. They do have good bass tones without subs depending on the kind of music you listen to. I am running (2) 12 w7s powered by (2) JL 1000/1 amps. I listen to alot of pop music/lots of bass. These 2 subs are not enough. I am working on installing 2 more subs.
The 7.7s are very dependable. I play my system very loud all afternoon no problems/no distortion/very crisp. |
Wow...2 w7s aren't enough! You must really like it loud! So, you fella running subs...what kind of battery setups are you running...how long will 1 battery last with it cranked (the volume that is)

Well mine with eight 6.5 and two JL 12s two huge deep interstates go all day!!!!!
