When it starts missing stop and pull a plug or two and check for a lean condition , white plugs . My money's on a bad fuel pump maybe a stuck ball in the check valve . Missing and dieing under load but idling ok is almost always a sign of a bad fuel pump .

the starboard engine drops 300-600 rpms only when the drive trim or trim tabs buttons are pushed running at 3000-5000 rpm (electrical not fuel) fuel system checks out OK.

Anyone have any thoughts as to why when the trims are used something is causing an amp draw that knocks out the engine?
