Default Recommendation for IR temp gun

Anyone really love/hate their Infrared temp gun? I want to get one with a laser but there are lots of brands/options. Want to spend under $100.

Thanks!

Home Depot has them from Greenlee and Milawakee. Both in that price range and accurate.

What temp range are you using? For automotive you need to get up pretty high to measure header temps. I've never tried measuring anything on my boat engine with water jacketed headers.

I like this one. Seroiusly. Carry in your pocket and accurate. Goes up to 428 deg.F.

NorthernTool.com had them for about $35 a few months ago. Search tool works great.
