Rookie what specs do you have for a cam? that is alot of rpm, i cant get mine to spin more than 5000 with 21 pitch prop on a 24 with a .6 lift bob m cam. 781 heads. Unless im loosing big power somewhere in my valve train..
Im running domed forged pistons from speed pro.... Any thought besides the tuner

Typically, 650's run jet in the 60's, 750's in the 70's, 850's in the 80's. Just some laws of avergaes I've seen in the past 30 yrs.
Exceptions:
#1: Wrong carburetor for application
#2 some carbs from tuning shops.

Im learning, I opened up carb and realised i was running power valves on front and rear both 6.5's
so he gave me a 4.5 (bc of bigger cam) and a plug for rear
So ill try this next time and do a plug chop, so ill have the 84 jets with power valve 4.5, and rear with the 94 for now.. The motor did have lower jets in it before i did motor work, but i wanted to be safe with more hp so i richened it up..
