I wasn't sure if I should post this here, or in wanted; but figured it would get allot more views and advice here.
I recently bought a 90 Regal Velocity 230 with a blown lower leg. A good boating friend of mine spent allot of his time and energy helping me piece the entire boat together, and work out the bugs.
So as a thank you, I want to get him a throttle mounted trim switch for the older gaffrig twin sticks that came stock on his 89 Senza. Its one of the main things he desperately wants, and I have on my boat(makes him want it more).
Now I understand that for many years the switch has been incorporated into the controls, but being older, ours aren't. I found a few online, but they're all over $100 and I can't afford that. Is there anyplace cheaper, or does anybody have one laying around? I've found a Livorsi one on clearance for $19 from Dana, but its for LH controls. How anoying would this be?
I know somebody on here can help as allways.
And thats why I Love This Site!

I'm hurting financially now (hours just cut at work), but feel as though I owe him for everything he has done.
P.S. the ones I see on eBay, are always overpriced. Unless I'm missing something.
